Photography Contract

  1. -The Photographer will choose the best Photos to be edited. RAW photos will not be provided.
  2. -A $200 non-refundable deposit fee is required upon confirming the booking. Full payment due on or before the day of the Photo Shoot.
  3. -Editing images will take 4-8 weeks. There will be an additional cost for express Delivery.
  4. -Client will have full access to the online gallery to download images.
  5. -The Photographer will display the Images publicly from the Photoshoot on Social Media.
  6. -In the event that something happens to the Photographer ( God Forbids ) and/or will not be able to do the Photoshoot on the scheduled day, we will do our best to find a replacement.
